We had lunch at Do Wood today am I’m so glad we did! The food was delicious! We had the blackened chicken sandwich and the andouille sandwich. They were so fresh and tasty. We have enough food for leftovers tomorrow too. The service was great also. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. If you haven’t be there lately, we highly recommend going!

Pizza is my favorite food. I love all the different kinds. The only issue I have with DoWood is that I NEVER EVER EVER get enough pepperoni. Even when we ask for double pepperoni and willing to pay extra for it, sometimes there are pieces that only have 1 or 1.5 small pieces per slice. (Photo for reference) and some might not have any, which makes it every disproportionately distributed and not appealing. I do love that they’ll make requests that aren’t on the menu. Like placing the pepperoni on top of the cheese because that’s the only way my one kid will eat it. Or making bread sticks. And they’re always good! But please, I just asking that I get 3-4 pieces of pepperoni on each slice considering some of the sizes of the slices.

I have been in the pizza industry for over twenty years. I have always drove past this shop and finally took the time to stop. Was greeted by a gentleman named Martin very welcoming. We sat down and with in less then minutes were greeted by a polite waitress named Alexa. We ordered a pizza as well as a hoagie. I would say it took around fifteen minutes to have our food on our table. Would also like to add they were quite busy so absolutely impressed with just three staff members they were able to have our food out so fast. The quality of the food is phenomenal everything tastes fresh and high quality. I have eaten pizza all over the country and like I said previously I have worked in the pizza industry for over twenty years. I highly recommend giving d . O wood fire pizza and would absolutely recommend to friends and family. Great service , accommodating atmosphere, affordable pricing. Ten out of ten experience.

Fantastic experience. The staff is fantastic and our server was on top of a lot of different tasks all at once. The pizza was top notch. Cooked perfectly, excellent flavor, good amount of toppings (that don't cost extra), and not overly greasy. They excell in the little things as well, extra napkin's at the table, soda has a good fizz to it, clean atmosphere ect. Would highly recommend.

Great wood fired pizza when they get it right. Not consistent however. Sometimes it is burned way too much. Don’t get me wrong, I understand wood fired pizzas have some blackened areas but some of these pizzas were incinerated with a blowtorch. Also, not sure why some nights they wear a blindfold when topping the pizza because the cheese was thrown in various areas and other areas on the pizza were left bare, same for the sauce and toppings, scattered with no even spread. Also, the occasional large crust bubble that shifts everything around. Overall, good pizza but not consistent in taste and quality.
